Turning "Okay" to "Great!"

Robert's help was enlisted when important elements were not coming together on projects ranging from a company’s national convention to a Music City fundraising event.  His dexterity for thinking quick on his feet and managing with solid steps delivered outstanding results.   One executive told Robert, "I don't know how you pulled it off, but thank you!"   In each case the gut instincts of an entrepreneur, the discipline of a born planner and a lifetime of business experience turned, "I'm not so sure this can happen..."   into stellar successes

Robert's job was getting the product name in front of potential consumers. He developed a corporate sponsorship plan for gaining consumer awareness and converting it into purchasing power that resulted in a 15% sales increase in the first year and ultimately a historical high; rising to the second largest profit leader out of 23 national consumer groups

Robert delivered marketing successes with promotions that combined displays, product packaging, and sweepstakes.

Building a Business From The Ground Up

As President of Emerald Group, Robert literally built this company from architectural plans to operations. Here one building is readied for new construction.

Involved from the inception of this broadcasting/recording studio, global communication business with aircraft leasing and a restaurant division -- Robert's entrepreneurial instincts and sales efforts helped Emerald Group become a 24/7 profitable in one year's time.

Hands-on Experience With The Health Care Community

When Robert joined Waves, Inc. his job responsibilities as a team leader included taking Tennessee's medicine administration test. Scoring 100% on this test broadened Robert's skills and experiences. Supporting indivuiduals' health needs gave him a whole new exposure to understanding and working with medical professionals.

Building Community Awareness for Non-Profit Organization

Robert's event-planning skills placed Waves, Inc., in the community spotlight for nine consecutive days during the Williamson County Fair. He did this by planning the event, organizing, recruiting 99 people (many first-time volunteers) and managing a Pepsi kiosk at an event attended over 160,000 people. This success was on track for consecutive years.

Managing The Career of A Rock Icon
Robert's work ethic and integrity along with his Business degree got the attention of entertainment executives who suggested Jerry Lee hire him as his manager. The result was a 10-year collaboration between Robert and "The Killer" and the highest grossing period of Mr. Lewis' career.

This legendary rock star is currently featured in the musical "Million Dollar Quartet" now running on Broadway.
